What You'll Do:
Our apprenticeship program is designed to transition you into a professional electrician. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Prepare work sites by gathering tools, materials, and blueprints.
- Learn to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Perform basic wiring tasks under supervision (e.g., pulling wire, stripping wire, mounting outlets).
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Transport tools and equipment to job sites as required.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We value attitude and aptitude over past history.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors and climb ladders or lift heavy materials.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred).
- Willingness to obtain a state apprenticeship license upon hire.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
