We offer comprehensive on-the-job training and a clear path to becoming a licensed Journeyman Electrician. If you have no prior experience, don't worry—we will teach you the skills you need to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Perform basic tasks such as stripping wire, terminating connections, and mounting electrical fixtures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred, but not strictly required for this entry-level position.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow technical instructions precisely.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to learn the trade.
