Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman electricians with electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
- Learn to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams under supervision.
- Perform basic electrical tasks to gain hands-on proficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, including tool organization and safety cleanup.
- Transport tools and materials to and from job sites as required.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Communicate effectively with the project manager and team members.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we will train the right candidate.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Strong desire to learn the electrical trade and advance professionally.
