Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with residential and commercial wiring installations and repairs.
- Perform basic electrical tasks under supervision, including fixture mounting, outlet installation, and circuit testing.
- Ensure all job sites are clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment as directed by the foreman.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Communicate effectively with the project team to ensure project milestones are met.
- Develop the skills necessary to eventually become a fully licensed Journeyman Electrician.
Qualifications
- No Prior Experience Required: We are willing to train the right candidates from scratch.
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are required for travel to job sites.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards learning.
