Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project requirements.
- Perform routine inspections and testing of electrical equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Prepare work areas by gathering necessary tools, materials, and equipment before starting tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company standards.
- Document work completed accurately and communicate progress to the project manager.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of mathematics and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- No prior experience is necessary; we value enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.
