We are looking for candidates with no prior experience who are eager to learn from certified professionals.
As an Apprentice, you will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and the opportunity to work on a variety of residential and commercial projects. If you have a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Perform daily inspections of tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure safety compliance.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and organizing materials.
- Follow all local and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety protocols.
- Communicate progress to supervisors and participate in team meetings.
- Install, connect, and test electrical systems, fixtures, and devices.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation (required for job site travel).
- Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screening.
- A strong desire to learn and grow within the electrical trade.
- Good manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
