Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians: Support senior technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair tasks on residential and commercial sites.
- Learn Safety Protocols: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Material Handling: Transport, load, and unload tools, materials, and equipment efficiently at job sites.
- Basic Installation: Help with the rough-in and finish phases of electrical work, including running conduit and wiring.
- Site Clean-Up: Maintain a clean and organized workspace before and after job completion.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We value attitude and work ethic over past experience. We will train the right candidate.
- High School Diploma: or equivalent GED is preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License: Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, climb, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with measurements and basic calculations.
- Reliability: Punctual, hardworking, and willing to learn.
