Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Perform basic measurements and calculations for wiring projects.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Learn to read and interpret basic blueprints and schematics.
- Transport tools and materials to job sites using ladders, scaffolding, or trucks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Basic understanding of mathematics and the ability to use simple measuring tools.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Willingness to learn and adhere to strict safety standards.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and climb ladders.
