Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
- Read and interpret basic electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical infrastructure.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members and project managers to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- No prior experience is necessary; we value potential over experience.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various environments (confined spaces, heights).
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
