Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with residential and commercial wiring installations and repairs.
- Prepare work areas, maintain tools, and ensure cleanliness of job sites at all times.
- Learn and strictly adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Run basic electrical circuits and perform routine inspections under supervision.
- Load and unload materials, trucks, and equipment as needed.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred (equivalent experience accepted).
- Valid Arizona driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Willingness to obtain a Journeyman Electrician license upon completion of apprenticeship.
