Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Perform basic tasks such as stripping wire, bending conduit, and terminating cables under supervision.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from company vehicles.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations (OSHA).
- Follow blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.
- Communicate effectively with the crew to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and weekends only.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Basic understanding of math and measurements is a plus.
