Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Safely install conduits, wiring, and electrical components
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures
- Adhere to all safety protocols and electrical codes (NEC compliance)
- Participate in on-the-job training and skill development programs
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various conditions
- Basic math and measurement skills
