Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Electricians: Perform routine electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance under supervision.
- Read Blueprints: Interpret basic electrical blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.
- Tool Management: Properly use and maintain hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols on every job site.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients and keep work areas clean and organized.
- Wiring & Connections: Help with pulling wire, terminating circuits, and connecting electrical devices.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: No prior electrical experience required. General construction or handyman experience is a plus.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- License: Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Soft Skills: Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
