In this role, you will work alongside experienced mentors to learn the ins and outs of residential and commercial electrical systems. We are looking for hardworking candidates who are eager to learn, physically fit, and ready to start a rewarding career.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, conduit bending, and terminal connections under supervision.
- Read and interpret basic electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and identify electrical issues.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding project progress and requirements.
- Prepare materials and equipment for daily job sites.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide full training for the right candidate.
- High school diploma or GED (preferred but not strictly required for entry-level).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong desire to learn and a commitment to safety.
