Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with residential and commercial wiring installations and repairs.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspection tasks under supervision.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Handle electrical tools and equipment with care and precision.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project satisfaction.
- Load and unload materials and maintain a clean truck and job site.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required: We value attitude and aptitude over history.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Basic understanding of mathematics and measurements.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong willingness to learn and adhere to strict safety protocols.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
