Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with residential and commercial electrical installations.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on existing electrical systems.
- Ensure all work sites are kept clean, organized, and safe.
- Learn and strictly adhere to all local and national electrical codes.
- Transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Help troubleshoot basic electrical issues under direct supervision.
- Communicate effectively with clients and report daily progress.
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required; we train the right people.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working in various weather conditions.
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
- Strong desire to learn the trade and work well in a team environment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
