Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Perform basic electrical tasks such as pulling wire, stripping cable, mounting outlets, and installing light fixtures.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites safely.
- Study and prepare for state licensing exams as required for advancement.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding project status.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or formal education is required – we are looking for eagerness to learn.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating material needs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
