Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Keep work sites clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Learn to read blueprints and understand technical schematics.
- Perform basic electrical tasks such as drilling, cutting, and fastening under supervision.
- Ensure all work meets local building codes and safety standards.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required. (We provide full training!)
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various environments.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Strong desire to learn and a commitment to safety.
- Basic math skills are preferred.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
