As an entry-level apprentice, you will receive comprehensive on-the-job training under the guidance of master electricians. We believe in investing in our people, providing you with the tools and mentorship needed to become a certified journeyman electrician. Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Perform routine electrical inspections and testing of equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, strictly adhering to all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Handle and operate hand tools, power tools, and testing meters safely and efficiently.
- Prepare materials and equipment for electrical projects and assist with site preparation and cleanup.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide full training and mentorship.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Must be available to work a full-time schedule, including weekends and overtime as needed.
