Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and components.
- Perform basic wiring, termination, and connection tasks under supervision.
- Organize and maintain job sites, including cleaning and material storage.
- Read and interpret basic electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Transport tools and materials to and from job sites safely.
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal safety regulations and OSHA standards.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we train the right candidates.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of standing, lifting, and working in various environments (including heights if applicable).
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
