As an entry-level Electrician Apprentice, you will work alongside our certified journeyman electricians, gaining hands-on experience in residential, commercial, and industrial projects. You will be part of a forward-thinking culture that prioritizes safety, precision, and continuous professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, wiring, and equipment.
- Read and interpret basic electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections on electrical components and circuits.
- Ensure all work strictly adheres to local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Prepare job sites by organizing tools, materials, and safety equipment.
- Document work completed and report any technical issues or safety hazards immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of mathematics (fractions, decimals) is a plus.
- Strong desire to learn and willingness to get hands-on training.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
