Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, including residential and commercial wiring.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on electrical equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Transport tools and materials to and from job sites as needed.
- Learn to troubleshoot electrical faults and identify code violations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy tools and equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- No prior experience is required; we are looking for eager learners.
