Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with residential and commercial electrical installations and repairs.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and safe in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Learn and strictly adhere to local and national electrical codes and safety standards.
- Operate and maintain hand and power tools under direct supervision.
- Perform basic conduit bending, wiring, and terminal connection tasks.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Communicate effectively with team members and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred.
- A strong desire to learn the trade and a positive attitude are essential.
