Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Learn and strictly adhere to all National Electrical Code (NEC) and OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform basic tasks such as digging trenches, pulling wire, and mounting electrical panels.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams under supervision.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Operate power tools and electrical testing equipment safely.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- No prior electrical experience is necessary; we provide the training.
