Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Perform routine inspections and safety checks on electrical equipment and wiring.
- Prepare job sites by gathering tools and materials.
- Run conduit and connect wiring according to blueprints and local codes.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Document work completed and report any issues to senior staff.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or formal training required; we teach you everything you need to know.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating.
