As an Electrician Apprentice, you will work alongside our expert team to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. This is a hands-on role that offers a stable career with excellent benefits.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and outlets.
- Learn to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Perform basic tasks such as pulling wire, terminating conduit, and mounting electrical devices under supervision.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and project managers to ensure project timelines are met.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Required.
- No Experience Required: We provide full training for the right candidate.
- Valid Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain high-quality work standards.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with measurements and basic arithmetic.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
