Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians: Support senior technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Learn & Practice: Observe and perform basic electrical tasks under supervision to gain hands-on proficiency.
- Tool Maintenance: Keep work areas clean and organize tools and materials after each job.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations at all times.
- Material Handling: Help load, unload, and deliver electrical materials to job sites.
- Documentation: Assist in logging work orders and materials used for daily job tracking.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are looking for enthusiastic candidates ready to learn the trade from the ground up.
- High School Diploma: Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License: Must be able to drive to various job sites within the California area.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with measurements and basic calculations.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a crew and follow instructions.
