Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Electricians: Support the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings.
- Read Blueprints: Learn to interpret electrical schematics and diagrams under supervision.
- Tool Maintenance: Properly handle and maintain hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Site Preparation: Help prepare job sites by laying cables, mounting fixtures, and organizing materials.
- Testing: Assist in testing circuits and systems to ensure they meet safety standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: Or equivalent GED certificate required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions (indoor/outdoor).
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with measurements and basic calculations.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Willingness to Learn: A positive attitude and strong desire to enter the electrical trade.
