Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman electricians with residential, commercial, and industrial electrical installations.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, including running conduit and connecting outlets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site at all times.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and store them properly.
- Learn to interpret blueprints and technical schematics.
- Ensure all work adheres to local and national electrical codes (OSHA standards).
- Communicate effectively with the project lead and clients.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required for the right candidate.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of hand and power tools.
- Must be willing to learn and follow safety protocols strictly.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
