Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Perform routine inspections of electrical components to ensure safety and compliance.
- Handle and organize materials, tools, and equipment efficiently on job sites.
- Ensure all work areas remain clean and adhere to OSHA safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project status.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Must be physically able to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of math and mechanical concepts is a plus.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
