Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems per NEC standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
- Diagnose electrical issues using test equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Collaborate with project managers on timeline and material requirements
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and safety protocols
- Lead apprentice electricians on complex assignments
- Document work orders and maintain accurate project records
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina electrical license (Journeyman or Master)
- 5+ years commercial/residential electrical experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local regulations
- Proficient with hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Pass background check and drug screening
