- Conduct thorough inspections of existing electrical systems to identify potential hazards or inefficiencies.
- Repair and replace faulty components, such as circuit breakers, switches, and wiring.
- Ensure all work complies with strict local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment on every job site.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project timelines and requirements.
- Utilize power tools and testing equipment to diagnose and resolve electrical issues.
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina Journeyman or Apprentice Electrician License (required).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and safety guidelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and manual dexterity.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
