Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems per NEC and California Title 24 standards
- Diagnose complex electrical issues using advanced troubleshooting techniques
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and local safety protocols
- Collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Manage inventory and equipment at job sites efficiently
- Provide technical guidance to junior electricians and apprentices
Qualifications
- Valid California Electrician Journeyman license or equivalent certification
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proven expertise in conduit bending, wire pulling, and circuit installation
- Strong knowledge of energy-efficient systems and smart home technology
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation and proper hand/power tool inventory
