Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work complies with National Electrical Code (NEC) and California regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with clients and contractors
- Maintain clean, safe work environments and follow OSHA safety standards
- Complete detailed documentation and reports for completed projects
Qualifications
- Valid California Electrician Journeyman certification or higher
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise with residential, commercial, and industrial systems
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and California Title 24 requirements
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and lift heavy materials
