Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installation, repair, and maintenance across residential and commercial sites.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Ensure all work complies with strict local, state, and National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues to ensure system efficiency and safety.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and foremen to ensure project goals are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Document all work performed and report any necessary material shortages or safety hazards.
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee Journeyman or Apprentice Electrician License is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional field experience in electrical work.
- Current Driver’s License and reliable personal transportation.
- Must possess and provide your own comprehensive set of hand tools.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and at heights (requires OSHA 30 or 10 certification).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
