Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications to ensure compliance with safety codes
- Diagnose electrical faults using testing equipment and implement effective solutions
- Collaborate with contractors and clients to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Adhere to OSHA and NEC safety protocols at all times
- Manage material inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and system configurations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license in Missouri
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Strong understanding of NEC codes and local regulations
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Kansas City metro
