Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, devices, and fixtures, including wiring, circuit breakers, and transformers.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate installations.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems to ensure safety and compliance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently and safely.
- Adhere to all local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and project managers to ensure project timelines are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License (required for Master positions).
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED; technical certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
