Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to determine wiring layouts
- Test electrical components and systems for safety and functionality
- Follow OSHA and local electrical codes strictly
- Assist senior electricians with troubleshooting and repairs
- Use hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Document work performed and inventory used
- Participate in ongoing safety training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding conditions
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Willingness to travel to job sites within Milwaukee area
- Reliable transportation to worksites
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- No electrical experience required – training provided!
