Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs on commercial and residential properties.
- Ensure strict adherence to all local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical systems to identify root causes of issues efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times, including proper waste disposal.
- Collaborate effectively with project managers and other trades to ensure project milestones are met.
- Document all work performed, including time logs, material usage, and inspection results.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate technical details clearly to clients.
Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician License required (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to travel between job sites.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to stand, climb, and work in various weather conditions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
