Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with NFPA 70 and Florida Building Codes
- Diagnose electrical issues using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with contractors/clients
- Perform safety inspections and implement OSHA protocols
- Train apprentices on best practices and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- 3+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Proficiency with NEC codes and local regulations
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
