Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, devices, and fixtures in residential and commercial properties.
- Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to determine layouts.
- Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections to ensure compliance with local codes.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical faults efficiently.
- Educate customers on energy efficiency and electrical safety practices.
- Collaborate with project managers to meet strict project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician License or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of verifiable field experience.
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local New York regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and physical stamina.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
