Responsibilities
- Install and Maintain Electrical Systems: Perform high-quality installation of wiring, lighting, fixtures, and control systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Read and Interpret Blueprints: Analyze technical drawings to understand the layout and wiring of electrical circuits.
- Ensure Code Compliance: Adhere to all local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC) to ensure safety and legal standards are met.
- Troubleshoot and Repair: Diagnose electrical faults and repair or replace faulty components to restore full functionality.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, explaining technical issues and solutions clearly.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License: Required for the state of Nevada.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Driver’s License: Valid Nevada driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy equipment, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with standard electrical testing equipment and hand tools.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
