Responsibilities
- Execute high-quality electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential and commercial facilities.
- Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams to ensure accurate project completion.
- Ensure all work strictly adheres to local, state, and National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.
- Perform thorough testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems to guarantee safety and functionality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site, strictly following OSHA safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with clients and project managers regarding progress and any potential issues.
- Utilize hand and power tools, including drills, saws, and ammeters, with precision and care.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License in the state of Kentucky.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
- Ability to read and understand complex blueprints and technical layouts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose electrical faults quickly.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Proven track record of safety compliance and professional conduct.
