Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems under supervision of licensed electricians
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Ensure strict compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and OSHA safety standards
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Prepare job sites, organize tools, and maintain clean work environments
- Document work progress and maintain accurate project records
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various physical conditions
- Basic math and measurement skills for technical calculations
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and reliability
- Willingness to obtain required state electrical licenses within 12 months
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn through hands-on training
