Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques
- Collaborate with contractors and clients to deliver efficient, code-compliant electrical solutions
- Perform system upgrades and retrofits while adhering to National Electrical Code (NEC) regulations
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to optimize system performance
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and materials used
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical school certification preferred
- Valid Ohio electrical license or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire
- Basic understanding of electrical theory, circuits, and safety protocols
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and in various weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to participate in company-provided apprenticeship program
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
