Responsibilities
- Installation & Repair: Perform high-quality electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential and commercial clients.
- Code Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to strict local and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose complex electrical issues and implement effective, code-compliant solutions efficiently.
- Client Communication: Interact professionally with customers, explain technical details in plain language, and provide accurate estimates.
- Tool Management: Maintain and organize tools and equipment, ensuring they are clean and in working order.
- Site Safety: Maintain a safe job site by identifying potential hazards and following OSHA guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We provide on-the-job training for apprentices.
- Driver’s License: Valid Georgia driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), climb ladders, and work in confined spaces or outdoor elements.
- Math Skills: Basic understanding of measurements, fractions, and reading a tape measure.
- Work Ethic: Strong desire to learn, punctuality, and reliability.
