Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and California Title 24 standards
- Diagnose faults using advanced diagnostic tools and software
- Lead project teams on complex electrical installations and renovations
- Conduct safety inspections and preventative maintenance routines
- Train apprentices on industry best practices and safety protocols
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors for integrated solutions
Qualifications
- Valid California Electrician Journeyman License required
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience
- Expertise in low/high voltage systems, automation, and renewable energy
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent
- Proficient with Fluke meters, conduit bending, and PLC systems
- Proven record of managing projects on time and within budget
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
