Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagramsEnsure all work complies with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and workplace regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional appearance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to participate in paid apprenticeship program
- Basic math skills for calculations and measurements
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Dallas area
