Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Inspect electrical components for safety and compliance with local codes
- Diagnose electrical issues using diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques
- Read blueprints and technical schematics to execute installations accurately
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
- Ensure all work adheres to OSHA and National Electrical Code standards
- Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades for existing clients
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required - training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments (climbing, lifting)
- Commitment to safety protocols and attention to detail
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Willingness to obtain Ohio electrician license within 6 months
