Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Read blueprints and technical schematics to determine wiring layouts
- Ensure all work complies with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety standards
- Diagnose electrical malfunctions using testing equipment
- Collaborate with team members on project timelines and requirements
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with clients
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems and components
- Document work orders and maintain accurate project records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to work in various conditions (climbing, lifting, confined spaces)
- Willingness to obtain required certifications (training provided)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
